The owner has a Scallop-LAGC-IFQ permit that can be purchased for $75,000.00, with purchase of the boat. The owner has also stated a willingness to temporarily lease 5,000 lbs of IFQ to the buyer for no additional monies, as a courtesy to the buyer.
